General Objective:

Communicate in familiar contexts with a bit more detail, expressing personal information, basic needs, and opinions in simple but structured sentences.

Specific Objectives:

• Listening: Understand simple instructions, questions, and short conversations related to everyday topics, such as directions, descriptions of places, and basic routines, especially when spoken slowly and clearly.
• Reading: Comprehend short and simple written texts about familiar topics, including basic signs, informational notes, and brief descriptions of people, places, and activities.
• Speaking: Use short, clear sentences to talk about familiar events, express basic preferences, and describe routines or places, with increasing confidence and vocabulary range.
• Writing: Write simple sentences and short paragraphs to describe personal experiences, basic daily routines, or familiar locations, such as a favorite place or a recent activity.
• Interaction: Engage in brief, predictable interactions by asking and answering questions about routine matters (e.g., schedules, preferences) and giving simple instructions, using limited but relevant vocabulary and structures.
