General Objective:

Communicate in simple and routine tasks, exchange information about familiar topics, and express needs, preferences, and basic opinions.

Specific Objectives:

Listening:
Understand short phrases, simple instructions, and conversations about everyday topics when spoken clearly and slowly (e.g., shopping, travel, food, routines).

Reading:
Understand short texts such as emails, signs, messages, menus, and short stories, identifying key information and general meaning.

Speaking:
Participate in short simple conversations, ask for and give personal information, describe experiences, make requests, and express preferences and basic opinions using simple sentences.

Writing:
Write short paragraphs to describe daily routines, past events, plans, and personal experiences, using linking words such as and, but, because.

Grammar & Vocabulary:
Use familiar grammar structures including present simple, present continuous, past simple, and future with “going to”. Use vocabulary related to shopping, travel, hobbies, work, health, and daily life.

Pronunciation:
Improve clarity in connected speech, stress, and intonation patterns; pronounce regular and irregular verbs in the past correctly (including -ed endings).
